In my job, I have worked with a lot of REALTORS, but when it came time to list our home we chose Linda. We were a little nervous, the market was slowing a little, but we we had multiple offers the same day we put it on the market, and Linda had us under contract the next day over list price. Most importantly, she was always there for us. Providing invaluable advice, making sure we only did what needed to be done on inspection, and making sure our contract was air tight. When something came up she was not required to handle, she did it. Knowing I was here by myself, she went above and beyond to help me. When we were told our roof was not going to be done prior to closing, she made sure it was so nothing was delayed. We cannot speak more highly of Linda. She is full of integrity, a strong negotiator, and will work hard on your behalf. We wish we could take her with us, not only as a REALTOR, but also because she is our friend.
