Laura Kaan and her team are everything you would hope to find in a Real Estate Broker.

Knowledge of the buying and selling process was spot on. The Kaan Team immediately acquired all information needed to complete a seamless selling and buying experience. We did not have any last-minute surprises with city, county, or contract requirements.

Her team was expedient with communications, persistent with staying on top of documents and filings, and helpful with realistic expectations based on the current market condition.

While it is the priority of her job to close a home, she never pushed to sell or accept soft offers. Laura gave us her professional opinions based on market and home conditions and allowed us to ultimately decide on what offer was best based on our motivations.

We have used Laura to sell three homes and purchase two. All aspects of the five homes were handled with the utmost professionalism.

I highly recommend the MacGuire Team. Mike and Missy are an amazing team that will make buying or selling a home as painless as possible. They truly go above and beyond! I bought my home through them three years ago and when I needed to move and quickly sell my home, I was able to move out and get settled while they took care of everything from the inspection to maintenance needing to be done around the home. Mike and his team at Platinum Real Estate went far above and beyond what is expected of a real estate agency. My situation was unique in the fact that I was in town for only a week to help a family member sell his house and enter an assisted living facility. There were many obstacles that had to be overcome in order to achieve selling my family member’s property. Mike and his team took care of every detail. I admit that as I returned home I was a little anxious about the process of selling and closing on the property from a distance. Within a week after leaving Colorado Springs and returning home, Mike and his team had the property on the market. The very next day the property sold. I recently worked with Nate again to sell the house I had purchased a few years ago. He was great every step of the way, even through unprecedented and uncertain times of getting the house ready for closing during a pandemic and stay-at-home orders. I recommend him highly!

Buying a house is the biggest financial decision you will make in your life and with the current market it makes buying even more of a challenge. Nate is an outstanding agent. He does his homework to understand the market and how any changes would impact his clients. He knows the pros and cons of the various different areas in Colorado Springs and uses that to help his clients with recommendations based on what they want in a house. However, he will never push a client into a decision and remains patient with the goal of helping to find his client the home they truly want. He remains engaged through the entire buying process and is always willing to be a resource even after the sale is complete.
