Affiliated Business Relationships: For Guaranteed Title Group, Group Mortgage, and TriStar Property Management, the nature of the affiliated business relationship is that certain owners of The Platinum Group, as well as some of its real estate agents, indirectly own part of those companies by virtue of having invested in a company (TPG Capital Partners, LLC) that owns part of TriStar Property Management and also owns a minority interest in another investment company (Group Financial Partners, LLLP), which in turn owns a portion of each of Guaranteed Title Group and Group Mortgage. For AHS and APHW, the nature of the affiliated relationship is that The Platinum Group receives financial consideration in the form of administrative fees that are paid to The Platinum Group for providing data and performing related services with information about real estate transactions, including potentially your transaction. There is no common ownership between The Platinum Group and AHS or APHW. The Platinum Group and each of these affiliated companies are all separate, and an employee or agent of one company shall not be deemed an employee or agent of any other company.
Freedom to Choose Service Providers: We have referred you to consider these companies if you need any of these services, but you are NOT required to use any of these affiliated businesses. YOUR USE OF THE PLATINUM GROUP TO PROVIDE ANY REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE SERVICES DOES NOT REQUIRE THE USE OF ANY OF THE AFFILIATED BUSINESSES IDENTIFIED HERE. THERE ARE FREQUENTLY OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS AVAILABLE WITH SIMILAR SERVICES. YOU ARE FREE TO SHOP AROUND TO COMPARE SERVICES AND RATES. IF YOU CHOOSE TO OBTAIN SERVICES FROM ANY OF THESE AFFILIATED BUSINESSES, THEN THE PLATINUM GROUP MAY RECEIVE A FINANCIAL OR OTHER BENEFIT AS A RESULT.
