Howdy! Allow me to introduce myself:

My Story:  

My name is Kat Cannon. I am an Austinite born and raised, Texas will always be home, but Colorado is where I belong!  With family lineage of pioneering Pikes Peak gold miners, and seasonal family trips, I have yearned for my roots to be planted, and a career to be established here in Colorado Springs.  

Military spouse (husband is now a Veteran), with 120k road warrior miles across the country in my beloved FJ cruiser — with my Beauceron/WolfDog in tow, we’ve set roots in my happy place of Colorado Springs, and officially launched my Broker, Realtor® career. 

How I Got My Start: 

Down in the home-state of Texas: 

• Communications Major with background in Business Law, and Marketing, English Literature.  
• My dad is a Nationwide Commercial Real Estate Broker & Developer.  
• My mom has an eye for interior flair and sees the potential in any home.  

NAVY husband, Florida to Virginia:  

• Florida Timeshare! I can proudly say I enjoyed my time in Timeshare learning the  ins-and-outs, assisting owners with current ownership and making it better … or  helping to cancel. I was amongst the top In-House representatives through my transparent account management, where I received “Rookie of the Year” in my first 3 months
• Virginia Residential Real Estate, specializing in First-time home buyers & VA buyers  in Norfolk where I honed in on my passion for Residential Real Estate.

What Excites Me About Real Estate:

I can’t wait to see the House to Home transformation! With over six years of experience, helping clients achieve their house goals and home dreams, I understand that buying a home can be one of the top five biggest life decisions. The trust and respect of my clients throughout the process—and working as a team with other agents—are paramount to making it all happen.
