Over the past several years, rental housing legislation has increased significantly:
2023: 9 new laws impacting rental real estate
2024: 13 new laws impacting rental real estate
2025: 11 new laws impacting rental real estate, with more than 20 bills proposed. Several of those bills may return in this session.
