As a real estate agent, I believe relationships are what life is all about. I have been licensed in real estate since 1985 where, for my first 11 years, I focused on Commercial Real Estate in the highly competitive market of Dallas, TX. My clients were CEO’s and CFO’s of corporations who trusted me to coordinate and negotiate the second largest expense item any company undertakes: rent.
The next phase of my life was a bigger challenge: motherhood and family life. I was ready for a lifestyle change and so I gave up my real estate partnership in 1995 and moved to Colorado Springs. Ready to return to the Real Estate Business in 2004, I decided to combine my skills and bring my high level of service and strong negotiation skills to the Residential Business.
My business continues to grow by exceeding my clients’ expectations for caring customer service and excellent support through the highly complex process of a home purchase. I also pride myself on maintaining a sense of balance between my personal and professional life. In order to increase my level of expertise I completed my GRI designation, which only 13% of real estate agent earn in their career life span. I have enhanced my negotiation skills by becoming a Master Certified Negotiating Expert, and earning the MCNE designation.
