Weldon fell in love with the front range of Colorado Springs during his time at the United States Air Force Academy, where he met his wife, Kristen, a fellow graduate. Over the next two decades, military life took them through ten plus moves. Along the way, they bought and sold homes, developed a rental portfolio, invested in real estate opportunities across the country, raised a family, and learned firsthand the challenges of life transitions and how complex those transitions are, especially when real estate is involved.
Kristen's family settled in Colorado Springs, and they continued investing here throughout their military careers. So when Weldon retired from the Air Force, choosing Colorado Springs as home was only natural.
Those experiences shape the way Weldon works with his clients. He believes the best real estate decisions start with understanding where someone is going in life, what matters to them, and what they're trying to accomplish. His job is to help make the real estate piece fit into that bigger picture and to make a complicated process feel a little less complicated.
Before real estate, Weldon spent nearly two decades as an Air Force officer leading complex system acquisition programs and teams. He's a Certified Financial Coach, Project Management Professional (PMP), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and host of the national YouTube channel Life and Real Estate Without Regret™.
Away from work, Weldon and Kristen are active in their church and the Rampart Range Association of Graduates. Most weekends, you'll find them watching their daughter swim, trying a Colorado Springs restaurant they haven't been to yet, at the gym, or riding a bike around Garden of the Gods.
